Emil Balaban 3 | Estúdio elegante no centro da cidade

Positive: Great location, quiet, large studio, well furnished kitchen (toaster, fridge, plates, cutlery, variety of glasses and cups), complimentary bottled water provided on arrival. The staff is kind, helpful and generous. Negative: There were roaches and insects in the bathroom and kitchen. The bedsheets were clean but stained. The bed was squeaky. Part of a wall was scuffed and exposed, whatever art was hanging there had been ripped off. Overall, not very well maintained.

Good location, but all in all the little details would make me look for other places to stay. Positive: Great location, good standardized messaging from host. Room is nicely decorated - stayed on the ground floor. The price I got for one night was quite competitive. Negative: Quite a few things. While parts of the room were nicely renovated, parts were quite old or worn out (bathroom door, flooring). A musty smell in the bathroom. Ceiling probably wood - as soon as upstairs neighbors would wake up - you would know. Property has a policy of charging 15 euros if you wish to leave your luggage there for a few hours before checking - I was expecting this small service to come free of charge.

Superb location and very kind staff. Positive: Convenient location Negative: The bathroom needs a bit of an update.
