Good location, but all in all the little details would make me look for other places to stay. Positive: Great location, good standardized messaging from host. Room is nicely decorated - stayed on the ground floor. The price I got for one night was quite competitive. Negative: Quite a few things. While parts of the room were nicely renovated, parts were quite old or worn out (bathroom door, flooring). A musty smell in the bathroom. Ceiling probably wood - as soon as upstairs neighbors would wake up - you would know. Property has a policy of charging 15 euros if you wish to leave your luggage there for a few hours before checking - I was expecting this small service to come free of charge.
